1. Digital Products & Virtual Coins
Vidya Topper provides instant digital educational content, including NCERT solutions, chapter summaries, formula handbooks, test series, and virtual "Coins" used to unlock specific optional interactive features.
Since these are intangible digital goods delivered electronically and made accessible immediately upon transaction, they are consumed upon delivery.
2. No Refund Policy for Consumed Items
All sales of virtual Coins, unlocked mock test modules, or digital study downloads are final. Except as mandated by applicable consumer protection laws in India or Google Play Store developer guidelines, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital products once credited to your user account.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing
If you have enrolled in any optional recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your renewal at any time:
- Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store on your device > Tap Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select Vidya Topper > Cancel Subscription.
- Active Period: Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
- No Prorated Credits: We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused days within an ongoing billing cycle.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Transactions
In the rare event of a technical glitch where you were charged multiple times for the exact same digital item or subscription:
- Contact our billing dispute desk within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Provide your Google Play Store Order ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) and the registered email ID.
- Upon verification from our payment gateway logs, any verified duplicate charges will be reversed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
