The application offers chapter-wise NCERT solutions, previous year question archives, interactive mock quizzes, spaced-repetition flashcards, and study habit trackers.
The platform is provided free of charge, supported by minimal non-intrusive advertisements.
2. ✅ Eligibility & Minors
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create a personal account independently.
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve these Terms on your behalf.
- You warrant that all registration details submitted (such as class and name) are genuine and accurate.
3. 👤 Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining device password security.
- You are solely accountable for all activities, quiz submissions, and leaderboards tied to your account.
- Account sharing or selling accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. 📚 Intellectual Property & Study Notes
All proprietary learning modules, quiz databases, UI artwork, and software assets belong to Vidya Topper or licensed educational partners:
- You may access and download materials for personal, non-commercial education only.
- You may not scrape, republish, resell, or distribute study notes or question banks on external commercial websites without express written consent.
- Notes, bookmarks, and flashcards created by you remain your intellectual property.
5. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct
While using Vidya Topper, you agree to avoid any behavior that harms the community or service:
- Exploiting, hacking, reverse engineering, or attacking backend API servers.
- Attempting to manipulate or falsify scores, leaderboards, or accuracy metrics using automated scripts or bots.
- Posting harmful, abusive, or defamatory content in interactive feedback or profile handles.
- Impersonating other students, teachers, or Vidya Topper administrators.
6. 📶 Offline Content Rules
Downloaded textbooks, solution PDFs, and revision notes cached for offline study are for personal study within the app. Transferring or cracking DRM-protected cached files outside the sandbox environment violates these terms.

Vidya Topper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute factual and syllabus accuracy:
- Vidya Topper is an independent supplemental study tool and does not guarantee specific exam percentages or board ranks.
